Building the Jewish Futures Project:
From Consumers to Producers of Judaism

Here's a beta version that we can use for the card game.

To use:

  • Click "add a card" to upload an image and text (and add your name)

  • You'll be able to see all of the cards under "browse deck"

  • When you click on a card, you have the option to add it to your hand

  • You can view your hand under "my hand"

Other things to note:

  • The Admin must approve all cards before you'll see them under "browse deck"

  • The Admin is also able to change the discussion question

What I'm working on for the next version:

  • Making it so there's a centralized deck -- right now, you can only see cards that you add on your own device. I'm going to make it so everyone can see all the cards, regardless of the device they're using.

  • I'm also going to add an option to automatically translate everything into a different language.

Everything about this beta version can change - from the colors to the format, etc. Please email Rachel (rberwald@milkenschool.org) with a list of things you want to change and include as much detail as possible.

The Global Beit Midrash seeks to inspire young Jews throughout the world to connect, collaborate, and create through the paths of story, texts, culture, and social action.
